New Image From Iron Man 2!

FilmShaft.comWe’ve seen him only in the sides of a handful of promo shots, now get a real glimpse at Iron Man 2 villain Justin Hammer, played by Sam Rockwell!

The image comes courtesy of French website Fantasy.fr and was presented alongside some of the previously released images such as the Whiplash Mark II artwork I reported on earlier in the week. Rockwell stars in Iron Man 2 alongside Robert Downey Jr., Don Cheadle, Gwyneth Paltrow, Mickey Rourke, Samuel L. Jackson and Scarlett Johansson as a rival weapons manufacturer who joins forces with Russian mercenary Ivan Vanko / Whiplash.

Iron Man 2 is scheduled for UK release on 7th May 2010, check out the image below:

    Actually I've got my own suspicions that Hammer may be used to continue the "Ten Rings of the Mandarin" thread in the story too - just a hunch :)
  • I really hope we get to see alot of Sam Rockwell's Justin Hammer in Iron Man 2. Whiplash is the traditional villain in the movie, while Hammer is more the secondary. Sam Rockwell is one of the best actors around and could make this movie even better than it already looks.
