Jessica Biel In Talks For Thor?

That’s the rumour circulating this morning. The original source is Nuke The Fridge, who’s “source” has reportedly told them that Jessica Biel is in talks to play Thor’s love interest in the Kenneth Branagh directed movie.

Love interest covers quite a manner of sins given the rich variety of characters the comicbook has enjoyed over the years, but the source seems to be certain that Biel won’t be playing the most likely character – “Jane Foster”.

According to Nuke The Fridge the character (whoever it is) has also made an appearance in the animated “Hulk vs Thor”, leaving us with “Amora”, “The Enchantress” or “Sif”.

Eagle eyed readers with remember Sif from a story back in March that Natalie Portman was in talks to play Thor’s love interest. Sif is Thor’s Wife and a Goddess from Asguard, and given the fantasy route that the film has been touted to go, it seems to me to be the most likely.
