With the recent script review and news that Walton Goggins has joined the cast, this morning brings a slew of new names to the table for sci-fi/horror threequel, Predators.

According to Variety, “The Pianist” and “Splice” actor, Adrien Brody has been cast as the lead in the film, which sees a group of human warriors abducted by the Predators and transported to their own ‘big game reserve’ to be hunted for sport. According to the site, Brody has expressed a wish to take on more action roles, and Predators has given the actor a chance to reinvent himself as an action hero, whether you believe that or not is entirely up to you.

Also cast in the motley crew are Alice Braga, Danny Trejo, Oleg Taktarov, Mahershalalhashbaz Ali, and Louiz Ozawa. The film is being directed by Nimrod Antal and produced by Robert Rodriguez.

According to the Heat Vision, a seventh actor is also in the running for the film, “Spider-Man 3″ actor Topher Grace is apparently in talks, although at this point his role in proceedings is unclear.
