Brand New Trailer For Scorsese’s Shutter Island
A shiny new trailer has now been released for Martin Scorsese’s long awaited Shutter Island!
Sadly, this second trailer isn’t very rich in the “new footage” category, it’s about 45 seconds shorter than it’s predecessor and despite the fact that there are some new shots from about half way, it’s largely the same stuff we’ve seen before.
Still, having said that, this is one of the most anticipated film of next year!
From Oscar®-winning director Martin Scorsese, “Shutter Island” is the story of two U.S. marshals, Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Chuck Aule (Mark Ruffalo), who are summoned to a remote and barren island off the coast of Massachusetts to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a murderess from the island’s fortress-like hospital for the criminally insane.
Shutter Island escapes into UK theatres on 19th February 2010, check out the new trailer below:
