Voorhees Versus Predators

Predators just seems to keep on rolling doesn’t it? In the latest piece of casting news for the film, Derek Mears, better known as Jason Voorhees in this year’s Friday the 13th remake has been cast in the Robert Rodriguez-produced sci-fi sequel.

Directed by Nimrod Antal, Predators already has a strong cast including the likes of Adrien Brody, Walton Goggins, Alice Braga, Danny Trejo, Oleg Taktarov, Mahershalalhashbaz Ali, and Louiz Ozawa. Mears is expected to join the group as a Predator, and given the man’s size and build that’ll be one hell of a Predator that the humans have to contend with – fantastic!

The actor confirmed rumours at a horror convention earlier this week, according to Shock Till You Drop. Now all we need is to start seeing some set photos and leaked images to really get the juices flowing!
