Official Last Airbender Movie Posters

23krb87M. Night Shyamalan is opening a can of kung fu with his new action adventure flick The Last Airbender. The first official movie posters looks rather moody (in a good way), what with the blue hue and rising smoke coming off the baldy little kid’s staff on one and the other being all fiery and orange. Lots of people recently have been wondering if The Happening was a big joke at everybody’s expense. It was so awful and nonsensical only a practical joker could have made it or a serious egomaniac. Anyway, Shyamalan is looking to redeem himself with the movie going public by bringing forth this kid’s tv show from Nickelodeon. Perhaps the old 1970s group Earth, Wind and Fire will be blasting out a tune for the film. This will be either suck or rock.

Synopsis:

The Last Airbender is set in a world where the four elements of earth, air, water, and fire can be controlled through the martial arts called “bending”, and the ruthless flame-manipulating Fire Nation is waging war to control the other nations in the world. A young boy named Aang, the last surviving wind manipulator or Airbender and is also the Avatar, the physical incarnation of the world itself who possesses the ability to manipulate all four elements, is on a quest to stop the Firebenders and save the world, with his friends Katara, a water-manipulating Waterbender from the South Pole, and her brother Sokka. The vicious Prince Zuko, the banished Prince of the Fire Nation, is on the trail of the Avatar, seeking to regain his lost honor by capturing him.

  1. Dude says:

This movie is totally racist, people don't realized it, but there is a political agenda behind it. They have selected a life action movie to spread political agendas to the semi illiterate masses who can vote. The message is simple: The good guys ALWAYS have to be white caucasians (they represent the west white vision of the world) and the bad guys, of course, what else should they look like? well, since is a movie financed by Jewish banking interests, bad guys have to look like Arabs. Again another simple message: “Arabs are evil and are out there to get you…”, “Dark skinned looking people are evil..”

This goes against the show spirit, where NONE of the characters are white and Katara is a dark skinned water bending girl and she is the ultimate HERO of the series together with Ang. She is SO important the story is told by her. So, like Drangon Ball fiasco, another great idea, great movie just ruined by ignorance. But this time is worst there is and agenda behind it.

Really? No charaters in the tv series were white? Then what do you call Aang? albino Cambodian? many of the backgrounds of the people acting in this show are in fact Hindi not arab as you so blatantly assume buy skin color. So before you open your mouth without thinking how about a little research.
