When it comes to leaked materials I’m left in a bit of a grey area, sure I’ll flatly condemn film piracy, but a couple of minutes? Of a film as hotly anticipated as Iron Man 2? Showing footage that literally millions of fans are clamouring to see?

If you’re wondering what I’m waffling on about, director Jon Favreau showed some exclusive footage of Iron Man 2 at this year’s comic con – footage which until now has not been released online. However one Myspace fan has seen fit to post his bootlegged footage on the site, and having checked it out myself it looks fantastic!

I was a little concerned when I found out that Whiplash was being used in this film, personally I found the whole concept of Whiplash a little bit corny and wasn’t sure how it would translate on screen, having now seen the footage I’m entirely confident that Mickey Rourke will be the sinister villain he needs to be. Also on display are Robert Downey Jr. and Samuel L. Jackson as Iron Man and Nick Fury, the whole thing looks bloody awesome!
