Inception Character Names Revealed

Inception Call Sheet In case you were unaware, the first trailer for INCEPTION will be screening this weekend in theatres, attached to cuts of Inglourious Basterds. Until then we actually know very little about the film apart from the sparse description “contemporary sci-fi actioner set within the architecture of the mind,” and the names of the star studded cast which includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Ellen Page, Cillian Murphy, Ken Watanabe and Michael Caine.

However, the film has been shooting in Paris all week, and a film site called CloneWeb (via NolanFans) has apparently got their hands on the call sheet for the film – and in turn the names of the characters.

Joseph Gordon Levitt is Arthur, Ellen Page is Ariadne, Tom Hardy is Eames, Dileep Rao is Yusef, Cillian Murphy is Fischer, Ken Watanabe is Saito and Tom Berenger is Browning. Leonardo Dicaprio’s name is missing from the call sheet, although bizarrely people are assuming his name is COBB due to the fact that COBB appears above Ellen Page’s name on the sheet.

And there we have it, hardly life changing stuff but it’s one more piece of the Inception puzzle. Stay tuned over the weekend, when the trailer becomes available we’ll be posting it here!
